Week 9

There really is no fixed answer to who you are and who you are going to be. Are we wasting our time trying to define this and that rather than just getting on with it? Week 8

Poetry has always been a way if expressing who you are and what you see. Find some poems or lyrics of songs you like which really speak to you. Does 1 poet have a way of describing you and what you are going through at the moment? ACTION: try to write your own song lyrics / poem or find 3/4 poems which really speak to you

Week 7

What are your dreams? What do you hope to achieve? If the world was perfect and you had all the money in the world what would you wish for? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?  Where do you see yourself in 10 years time? Where do you see yourself by the time you die? ACTION: make a dreams board with cut outs from magazines / words / images about your hopes and dreams

Week 6

We all learn in different ways too. There are many styles but only some of them are right for you. Have a look at some of the research around learning styles and see if the theories make sense to you. Week 5

There are many ways to divide people up into categories. Week 4

You have probably seen the shoe "Who do you think you are?" On the TV. Now it is your turn. I would like you to ask around in your family and do a little digging about who your ancestors are and where they came from. ACTION:  research your family tree, ask your grandparents for information, draw up your family tree

Week 3

This week I would like you to do some rooting around at home and looking through those ancient photo albums or you in those awful outfits and with that terrible haircut. Photos are a very real connection to the past and who you have been as well as who you are now ACTION: find childhood photos of yourself, take photos of yourself, look in the mirror, get others to take photos of you and make a collage
